Q. How long does a “Scentsy Bar” last?
A. Each Scentsy bar lasts approximately 60-80+ hours. The length of time depends on the strength of the fragrance, as well as how many cubes are put in at one time.
Q. Do I use a whole Scentsy Bar at one time?
A. The Scentsy bar is designed into convenient “break-away” sections, so that you may use 1 to 2 cubes at a time. The wax will never disappear only the scent will. When scent disappears, either add more wax or for stronger scents, pour out old wax and add new cubes.
Q. What kind of wax does Scentsy use?
A. Scentsy uses a food-grade based wax. There are NO chemicals or “by-products” released while using! Scentsy only warms the scent out of the wax – the wax does not burn or evaporate. No Flame, No Soot, No Sulphur! No Risk of Fire!
Q. How hot does the wax get?
A. The wax warms to a temperature above normal body temperature, but does not get hot enough to burn. Warmers do get hot to the touch- think of a hot coffee cup. It is similar to the temperature of paraffin hand waxes.
Q. How do I clean the wax out of the warmer if I want to change scents?
A. There are several ways to change out your Scentsy Wax. My favorite is to use a cotton ball to absorb the melted wax. Once the wax has all been absorbed, you can throw it away and add new wax. Watch to learn: https://youtu.be/G8TSwHLbL-E
Another way to change wax while the wax is warmed and melted, pour into a disposable container. Wipe the warmer clean with a paper towel. Then add your new scent!
For nightlghts, barely melt the wax to loosen the chunk, scoop out with paper towel and wipe clean. Do not try to pull nightlight out of wall with melted wax or it will spill.
Q. What type of light bulbs do the Scentsy warmers use?
A. There are 4 different light bulbs used in a Scentsy warmer. Edison Bulb, 25watt, 20watt and the nightlight uses a 15watt. Contact me to purchase lightbulbs or buy Scentsy Light Bulbs online
Q. How much is shipping? How much is tax?
A. Shipping is always free for qualifying party orders, or totals of $150 or more. Direct shipping of orders to individual customers is only 10%. Tax is the local tax rate where the products are being shipped.

A. You will receive your order by UPS within 10-14 days after order is processed!
