Set up your Scentsy Customer Loyalty account including Scentsy products and frequency and forget about it. Scentsy will notify you if there are any issues with products. You will be able to continue to enjoy your Scentsy without any disruption.
- Select what products you want! Shop for your favorite Scentsy Bars, Scent Circles, Room Sprays, Scent Paks, Travel Tins, all Layers products — and even light bulbs!
- Set frequency of shipments. You can choose to receive each of your subscription items once a month, once every two months, or once every three months.
- Enjoy the Scentsy Loyalty Rewards! Relax with your favorite Scentsy products — and have fun redeeming your rewards! You can modify your shipment or unsubscribe at any time.

How to set up your Scentsy Loyalty Account
- Select the Register option.
Select the Customer Loyalty option from the menu
Select frequency at checkout
Starting a Scentsy Loyalty Subscription
- Shop as usual.
- Go to Checkout.
- Choose how often you want each product shipped. You may have different products shipped at different intervals. Choose shipping frequency from the drop down box.
- Click Next. If you are logged in, you will be taken to the payment page. If you have not logged in, you will be taken to the login page to finish processing your subscription.
- Enter your payment information and click Next.
Review order and read the Terms and Conditions. Choosing Finalize my Order indicates that you agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Confirm your order.
- The process is complete.
Managing Scentsy Loyalty Orders
Customers may add, change or even cancel their Customer Loyalty orders from their account. Let’s walk through how you can interact with your subscription.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Choose action you want to take with your subscription (Quick Add, Skip or Cancel)
- Change the day of the month an order is shipped by clicking Change on the “Next Shipment Summary” section.
- Edit or change credit card information by clicking Change in the “Payment Details” section
- Quick Add Items to Subscription provides a simple search to locate items you plan to add to your subscription
- Skip Next Shipment postpones the shipment one cycle. For example here, skipping the next shipment postpones the shipment two months, to 12/27/2013 since this order is on a two-month cycle
- Cancel Subscription stops the subscription/auto-ship
- You may chose Enable your Subscriptions Now to restore the order

You can change, modify, skip or cancel you Scentsy Auto-shippment at any time. You are not obligated to sign up for a set amount of time or a set dollar amount. You will never be bothered for an annal fee. Scentsy keeps track of the orders and rewards. You just enjoy your Scentsy products!
