Joining Scentsy is still one of the best decisions I ever made. What started out as “just getting a discount” has turned into so much more. It is my point of view that it doesn’t benefit you or me to sign up for Scentsy, unless you are going to be successful, unless you are clear on what you want out of owning your own business and together we make a plan to get you where you want to be. I want to help you be successful, whatever that looks like for you. This is a SIMPLE business but I am going to be very honest – it isn’t easy. Working for yourself can be very rewarding but you must be the boss. You have to make and execute the plan. It is super helpful to have a supportive community and Scentsy Sponsor that can encourage and coach you along your way. You are in business for yourself but not by yourself. Together we can make a plan of how you want to work your Scentsy business: Events, Parties, Social, Online or a combination of many things. Starting out it is a good idea to have a launch party. If you are not yet decided, we can host a “decider party”. A decider party is my favorite way to bring you into our team. We have a party with your friends, family, relatives, neighbors and coworkers. See how they love the products. When the party is a HUGE success and you see how we keep it super simple, you can choose to join that night. Part of your party host rewards can cover the cost of your starter kit. I find it a really great way to get a strong start. And, if it isn’t for you – well you can stay the host instead of joining and enjoy all the great free and half-priced Scentsy.

Something else I think is important to mention as you are considering joining Scentsy, CONSUMABLE PRODUCT. So, when you are selling consumable products in a commission only job, customers will need more products, and often. Selling fragrance products, laundry and clean products offers a great opportunity to continually follow up with Scentsy Customers. People use a variety of fragrance products in their home, as a consultant we don’t have to convince someone to stop using their current product. With Scentsy our products are what I like to call – AND – or in addition to. We can add our products into a customer’s life without a huge commitment or asking them to make any drastic changes. And once you are hooked on Scentsy – you stay – it is the best – I always say – Nobody can pack as much fragrance into wax as we can at the price we do – all made in the USA!
In addition, Scentsy offers multiple ways to keep in touch with customers such as our Scent of the Month and Warmer of the Month. Each month a new scent and warmer is released, but only for a limited time and while supplies last. Twice a year Scentsy brings back 20 previously retired/discontinued scents and allows customers to vote on which ones will come back. Our Scentsy Buddies are limited edition, once they are gone – they are gone. And people have started to collect the Scentsy Buddies! Not to mention seasonal promotions and special fragrance collections released throughout the year.
